@ola_supports@Olacabs I booked a cab on 5 feb 2025 from Badlapur with two stops—one in Sion and the final destination in Versova. After the Sion stop, the driver continued toward Versova when an issue arose.
However, the message didn’t disappear from the driver’s screen, so he clicked on “cash collected” to proceed. As a result, the trip ended prematurely on the app, and the driver didn’t see the fare in his earnings.
Despite the confusion, he kindly completed our trip to Versova.
I don’t have a customer care number to address this issue directly. Could you please resolve this matter by ensuring the driver receives the fare he is due and clearing any outstanding amount he appears to owe?
Midway through the trip, the driver’s screen displayed a message requesting payment, which prevented him from seeing the navigation route. To resolve this, I immediately made the payment via GPay through the Ola app.
Instead, he was shown an amount he supposedly owed to Ola, despite my payment having been processed directly to Ola via GPay. The driver was understandably concerned, as it appeared he was being held responsible for collecting cash when the payment was actually made electronicaly
