@Iberia - why is it impossible to get to change a flight when I have booked directly with Iberia and am abroad? Your WhatsApp system doesn’t work at all!

@ZARA_Care Hi, I tried to process a return via your system on 21 Sept and was not sent a returns label but received a QR code which I went to the post office on 25 Sept and this did not work. Now being told it’s too late for refund
@SW_Railway Amazing to find that there are delays pretty much daily to the services and yet this isn’t reflected in any compensation or improvement in service. Not sure how this business operates
@AerLingus Lost luggage and no compensation until 24hours later, what is a passenger to do? No clothes or essentials and no help from Aer Lingus. #Unbelievable
