During the private talks, held at the State Council building in Zhongnanhai, Beijing, Chinese President Xi Jinping described the US president's visit as "historic and symbolic."
He said the two leaders outlined the concept of building a constructive China-US relationship based on strategic stability and reached agreements on maintaining sustainable trade and economic ties, expanding practical cooperation in various fields, and strengthening coordination on international issues.
The Chinese leader called on both sides to abide by the agreements reached, "carefully maintain the hard-won positive momentum," and "avoid setbacks," which would help ensure the stable development of bilateral dialogue.
Donald Trump, for his part, stated that he was ready to support frank and in-depth communication with Xi Jinping and looked forward to meeting him in Washington.
Afterward, the US president, accompanied by Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, departed Beijing, concluding his official visit to China.

/@MFA_China , No matter your past, Jesus invites you to new life. He died and rose again so you could be forgiven. Call on the Lord and be saved. Turn to Him today—repent, believe, and receive grace. Tell others of your decision and I look forward to seeing you in the afterlife!
/@ChineseEmbinUS, Foreign ambassadors, while freely traveling, please ask yourself, why Xi is reported to have a PhD in Law, but Pastors and church workers are charged with things like "illegal use of information networks or illegal business operations." Xi Leadership theories?
“We have in China a story about 'blind men touching an elephant.' The elephant is obviously very large. When a blind man touches its leg, he says the elephant is like a pillar; when another touches its belly, he says the elephant is like a wall. But none of them sees the full picture.”
When welcoming a group of new foreign ambassadors, President Xi Jinping used the analogy to encourage them to develop a comprehensive view of the real China in all its dimensions.

The baseless, inflammatory, confrontational and politically motivated remarks frequently made by certain people of the PH military are completely unacceptable. Time to stop the provocation and vilification.
Imprisoned Pastor Yin Huibin's Words Expose China's War on Worship
In a poignant pastoral letter from detention, Pastor Yin Huibin of Zion Church in Beihai, Guangxi, shares peace and encouragement amid China's escalating crackdown on house churches.
Arrested on October 10, 2025, alongside Senior Pastor Ezra Jin Mingri and nearly 30 others in coordinated nationwide raids, Yin describes shaved heads, restricted freedoms, and interrogations focusing on church leaders. Yet, he finds solace in scripture, urging believers to stand firm against lies and rumors.
Families endure separations and uncertainty, with 18 formally arrested by November, highlighting CCP policies stifling religious expression. Yin's message underscores resilience: "Each persecution bringing growth," inspiring hope for divine preservation in a desperate age.
Letter Summary:
• Pastor Yin Huibin writes from jail with peace and joy, relieved that Zion Church's ministries continue normally.
• He expresses deep gratitude for the church members' faith, devotion, and prayers.
• He feels honored by God's grace in allowing him to serve, even through trials and detention.
• God comforted him in detention with Bible verses promising justice, sufficient grace, and the failure of evil plans.
• He encouraged others in detention to live as children of light; one man changed and began reading about knowing God.
• He reminds the church that persecution is expected ("If they persecuted Me, they will persecute you") and urges them not to believe lies or rumors.
• Historically, every persecution has led to church growth and benefit.
• He trusts God will preserve His church forever and continues praying for the church, Beihai city, and the nation.
• True transformation comes only through calling on God.

CCP Begins Forced Destruction of Yayang Christian Church in Wenzhou
Chinese authorities have begun forcibly destroying parts of Yayang Christian Church in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province. On January 5, hundreds of armed police encircled the church, evicting nearby residents and blocking access.
This escalation follows December raids on affiliated house churches, detaining leaders and hundreds of believers under the CCP's Sinicization policy. Amid intimidation and isolation, the community's steadfast faith endures. Urgent international pressure is needed to halt further violations.
Stand with persecuted believers in Wenzhou—share this update, pray for Yayang Church, and contact leaders to demand an end to the destruction now!
