I love your consumer show, however the piece on cash machine charges was a joke. Why would anybody moan about having to drive 17mile round trip or get a bus or taxi and the costs that incurred all because there's a 99p charge ??. Just pay the 99p.

@virginmedia Are you all trying to wind me up, YES I have raised 3 complaints over the last 7 Months not even had the automated reply in 48 hours let alone the reply in 28 days ......
@BBCWatchdog I have been signed up with Virgin Media since 16th Jan and still waiting been given every excuse you can imagine. Just been told they have no idea of date to connect so I asked about compensation and an explination but im not entitled to either as my account isnt act
@virginmedia Yes, absolutely pointless. Complete shambles, transferred to 4 different departments , lied to and promised same old crap we was 6 Months ago. We are now in contact with the Ombudsmen and Watchdog.
@virginmedia Can you get me a reference number because ive asked countless times, just get put on hold or hung up on. I will not let this go out of principle, you contacted me promised the earth we signed the contract on the 16th Jan and thats when you stopped giving a sh#t.
