I reiterate - how can you legally charge someone for tickets and them take them back 12 hours later? I don’t care about fine print. If you didn’t charge my card, fine @SeatGeek but you did. Then demand surges and you take my tickets back that we’re already confirmed?
I’ve used @SeatGeek for years without incident but this is beyond upsetting and ridiculous. How is it even possible? I bought the tickets. I was charged. They were confirmed. And now they are no longer available?! 12 hours later I get an email?
I want my tickets. @SeatGeek@JackGretz I don’t want a refund. I don’t want to explain to my boys why we don’t have the tickets I said we did. How is this even possible?
Dear @SeatGeek and @JackGretz we have a problem. Just notified that my CONFIRMED ticket purchase from this am for @InterMiamiCF@TeamMessi @newyorkred tickets are “no longer available” due to some alleged forces beyond your control. I paid, was charged and want my tickets.
