@telboy1980 @thetimes The Met now charging Black people on Twitter. Why use inteligence when you can use racial profiling. It is dirty and cheap. A clear display of Institutional racism and this also shows that the police still have a long way to go.

To be "fair" in a non racist way… it might be "dark" on the officer to work in his local area. Especially if their job is to shot people. But then again to have different types of police was the aim but then they were been called "rental cops" which didnt last 4 what ever reason

@thetimes If we are going to have the police on our streets then at the very least they should be hired based off of community achievements and be living locally so they know the people they interact with. Ultimately tho, just defund them.

@thetimes I’d be interested to see the complete footage as not usual practice for an officer to have his nightstick drawn when randomly stopping a car. However a very frightening experience I’m sure for both driver and passenger, this situation needs some mediation between MET and victims
