So what in the world are we looking at here!?
This is a 12 x 12 shed built by a local Amish company. I had used them for many other projects and sheds, so I was able to come to them with my exact specifications. We made the side walls a little bit taller to support lots of room inside between the shelves and units on the exhaust wall. This also allowed me to use the same intake gable vents on the opposite wall from previous shed builds. While floor to ceiling intake vents would be nice, I wanted to be careful with snow and snowdrift build up.
Even with that much intake surface air, more is needed. My rule of thumb is always double your exhaust. Especially during the summer, the more surface area the better, so you will notice some larger gable vents on the doors and 1 on the back rear wall.
Each ASIC Miner has it's own dedicated @AcInfinityInc S8 800 CFM Inline Fan, airflow is pulled through the shed, acting as my cold isle. Airflow goes through the Inline Fan, through a 3D Printed Shroud made by Fruition Design and into the ASIC Miner. Once through the miner, through another 3D Printed Shroud and into an AC Infinity 8" Coupler, which then attachs to that Exhaust hood. There is a rear flap in the exhaust hoods, I tap that up with a self taper to cut down on airflow resistence. Closing them when a "SLOT" is not in use to avoid backflow of hot air. The Coupler has been a Godsend because with one hose clamps I can install and remove an entire ASIC Setup, very easy for maintenance. (No Stock ASIC Fans, I install Dummy Plugs)

While this setup is more expensive then most, it allows me to NOT have to deal with Heat Management. In my original shed build design I went with large shutter fans and stock ASIC Fan design. Was insanely loud for a residental area and also had issues with heat recirculing inside the shed, back into my intake side of my shed. While a HOT Box Design would have solved this, my current layout and design proved to be a better design.
The AC Infinity Inline Fans drop the DB levels down about 20 DB, but where they really shine is eliminating the high pitch "squeal" of the stock high RPM Fans. Which has allowed me to run more units, without over heating and upsetting the neighbors. On that note, there are only neighbors to the one side of the property. The rear has a Tree Nursery and a Farm on the opposite side.
On yeah, so for power, we are running a 400 Amp Single Phase Commercial GS1 Service. We trenched a 500 Cable from the pole, which is on the other end of the property to this shed. About 200 Ft for those curious. Using 4" Schedule C conduit, which was "lots of fun". On the pole PPL my power company replaced the pole and transfer with brand new larger ones. The transformer is the largest they said they could put on a pole before talking about a ground unit at 167 KVA. Inside the shed you will notice 2 x 200amp Panels with 12 x 30amp 240V Circuits, running over 10/2 orange romex to @themeterbox watt meters and then @asicplug_ 30amp 240V locking plug PDUS.
As for inside the shed, the shelving is designed off the ground incase of any water, leaks or flooding. The shelving I actually provide specifications to the Amish Shed Builders, letting them know each shelf needs to support 750 Pounds to be safe. Spaced out so there is plenty of room to work. Each 30amp x 240V PDU provides power to 2 Full Size ASIC, when at maximum density. This does break the 80% rule and it is something I actively monitor. I'd say on average we are anywhere between 6700-6900 watts per 30amp. However myself and my electrican are comfortable with that seeing as everything is brand new from the miner all the way back to the transformer.

You will notice on all intakes a blue filter. This is a MERV6 Filter that is replaced 4 times a year. I have found MERV6 is in that happy middle ground. With airflow and filters it is finding that sweet spot between filtration and airflow. While MERV3 Boars Hair Filters allow loads of airflow, you will find the inside of your shed is much dirtier. If you go with MERV8 you will find your airflow is restricted but your shed is nice and clean! So MERV6 through my testing gave me the best of all worlds, as you don't want your miners breathing through a strawl.

Internet is nothing fancy, you don't need to go big, just reliable and stable. While Fiber would be fantastic, it's overkill for ASIC Miners at this size of an operations, plus it's not an option in my area. I trenched 2 Cat 6 outdoor rated Ethernet Cables in conduit from the house to the first shed, goes through a switch there and then again trenched over to this shed. I am running old switches I had sitting around, nothing fancy. Unmanaged 100 MB Switches, we all have these guys sitting around from the glory days. I have slowly been upgrading network hardware, running a Ubiquiti UDR7 in the house and 1 U7 AP in each shed. Just recentlly installed Ubiquiti G4 Instant Cameras. Switches are next on the list as they go or I have a need for replacement. Ethernet is run to 4 and sometimes 2 Port Boxes on each shelf. So a nice simple 3 ft Ethernet cable can be run from the miner to the wall port.
The Inline fans are wired to a Tripplite 15amp 120V PDU on the facing of those shelves. Each PDU can support up to 10 Inline fans at a Max Speed of 10 = 150W each so 1500 Watts. Each is on their on 15Amp Circuit and I have a watt meter installed to monitor usage.
While in a perfect world, there would be this big elaborate fire suppression system in place. I have opted to go with @efireusa Extinguisher Balls everywhere. Above each PDU, Next to Outlets, Above the Panels, In the Center of the Shed. These are not triggered based on heat but actually have wicks all around them and requires a flame to set them off.

What else ... Oh Immersion. I am running 2 x @FogHashing C2 Home Immersion Kits. Each one can support 2 Full Size ASIC Miners. I am not fully yet, with only running a Bitmain Antminer L9 17 GH/s in one and a @canaanio A1566I in the other. I will admit the L9 in Immersion constantly has the highest average hashrate and zero problems. Immersion is a lot of work to get setup originally, is not much more expensive to be honest with you. But your miners are more stable, less impacted by temperature fluctuations throughout the year ... Winters at 10F and Summers at 100F.
