@MinkahBurgh39 Just because he won Super Bowl MVP doesn’t mean he’s a clutch QB. I never said he was a bad QB. I said he’s more likely to throw a game sealing INT than a game winning TD.
@MinkahBurgh39 There is a difference in losing a big game and coming up small in the biggest moments of that game and costing your team to lose.
Also Flacco still has the reputation of throwing INT’s in the most crucial moments of a game.
@CarneyMedia Taking Jones definitely set us back years and they proved it this year by taking another T in the first round. If Jones was successful we wouldn’t have taken a T. We would’ve went with another position of need that could’ve helped the team this year
@hail2snerd@Reggie_Bflo Your right he doesn’t have the strongest arm but he does have a strong enough arm to make all the throws necessary. He also processes the field really good so he probably won’t be a franchise QB but he definitely can play QB in the NFL.
@jack_sperry@FarabaughFB Every QB you mentioned went in the 1st except Hurts who went in the 2nd. Allar is nowhere near them talent wise and I think every NFL team just told you that. If any team even thought he could be close to any of those guys he would’ve went in the top 2 rds.
@BaddestBearJew He doesn’t have all the tools to be a great QB. He has half of them. He has the physical tools. He is lacking the mental skills. That is just as important if not more important than the physical tools. That is also the hardest thing to develop in a QB.
@jack_sperry You also don’t give the keys to your franchise to a 3rd draft pick. There is a reason he didn’t go first or second rd and was the 4th QB drafted in a very weak QB class.
If he was as great of a prospect as all the PSU fans think he is he would’ve been picked a lot sooner
@AustinRBechtold@JoeStarkey1@KDPomp No but I didn’t want him back before the draft. I want the Steelers to give one of the young guys a shot and if they hit then great but if not go get your franchise guy next year with a much better draft spot.
