@anandmahindra Sir we have booked XUV300 before 3 months we were promised it will be delivered in 6 weeks still we haven't received it. When we asked the status we were given the same update that was given before 2 weeks. We are very disappointed by the customer service.

@RohitUpman46 I consulted with my advocate ! She saw the itenery and everything and She told me we clearly can proceed with consumer right case ! The default is at their end and they can't charge us for rescheduling charges ! Since it's not mentioned in the itenery or policy

@RohitUpman46 They are charging ! Am planning to proceed legally ! Flight charges air asia refunded in no time when I contacted them directly ! But tt team dey tried to charge 92k jus for flight reschedule ! Now 12.5k for rescheduling land package ! Hav Escalated the issue !

@traveltriangle Hell with you travel triangle. Why the hell do you charge extra ? For rescheduling due to covid ? Are we you even have basic ethical standards ? How to act at dis crisis time ? Better reschedule without any charge or give a full refund
