I have been scammed & mentally harassed by @InfinityLearn_ . I was sold a Phase-2 test series for ₹5400, but was given Phase-1 instead. Post-payment, the representative has blocked my number & is ignoring me.
As a student from Kota, I feel targeted. Customer care is unresponsive

@InfinityLearn_ im father of siddhant Tewari, who has been enrolled since April 2025. But there have been no regular classes for the past 3 weeks. I think it's not worth it. Plz refund my balance fee and close my pending loan.
Otherwise I will go consumer forum.

I enrolled my child after being told the class ratio is 2:1, but the first session had 6 students from higher grades! Totally misleading & unacceptable.

I've enrolled in HOTS PROGRAM. I'm chasing support team for refund for almost 3 weeks. No response. Such a pathetic customer care. Once payment done, they stop talking to us.
Please do not get fooled. Sub standard quality. Don't lose hard earned money.
