You worked closely with then CM Oommen Chandy (who signed the 2015 agreement), under the supportive policy framework of the Dr. Manmohan Singh-led UPA government at the Centre, continued under CM Pinarayi Vijayan, and with ongoing central backing — turning it into reality under the PPP model with Adani Ports.
