@remyaalbert @bhanzu Absolutely! My daughter finished 30 classes and they said she didn’t meet 80% attendance. Now she has to do another 30 with 80% attendance just to leave an 18-month course. @BhanzuOfficial this isn’t OK. No parent should be trapped like this.

Disappointed with @ICICILombard. Trying to file a post-procedure claim for over 2 weeks via the IL Take Care app—hospital not listed, docs won’t upload (all in correct format). Support keeps calling, but no fix. Just “we’re looking into it.” Zero progress.
