We are pleased to share our recent publication on Xerogel based organic Seimconductors with blue OLED emissions. Please hike the fellowship of the PhD students. Rs. 31K (for JRF) and 35K (for SRF) is no longer economically viable for various obvious reasons.

Increase it to something like 45K and 51K for JRF and SRF respectively. @dpradhanbjp
