Failing which, I will be escalating this to consumer forum and DoT.

@ACTFibernet This is unacceptable. ₹4000 paid for a new connection in Bamgalore with installation promised by Friday/Saturday. Today is Sunday — still no installation, no response, and the assigned engineer is not answering calls.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I have been trying to relocate my service for a long time. The only way is Airtel thanks App which doesn’t let me create a request for this. I want to cancel my connection now. Is there any way to do this at least?
