Failing which, I will be escalating this to consumer forum and DoT.
@ACTFibernet This is unacceptable. ₹4000 paid for a new connection in Bamgalore with installation promised by Friday/Saturday. Today is Sunday — still no installation, no response, and the assigned engineer is not answering calls.
