1/1 Just had a frustrating experience at ICICI Bank Commissariat Rd branch. The retentive named (Mona) refused to update our KYC without our original Aadhar card, despite RBI guidelines accepting passports.

So after they left, I called @urbancompany_UC and informed them. The person I spoke to said she would ask her team and get back. She called back about 10 mins later and said he was working there a long time and there have been no such complaints against him before. 2/3

Last Sunday, I got some work done by @urbancompany_UC. After the job was done, one of the guys who came to do the work put his hands on my waist and tried to kiss me. I was stunned and didn't want to kick up a racket at that time (w/ mom there). 1/3
