The country is in collective psychosis.

Everyone is constantly paranoid. No one trusts any media. Young ones dont trust broadcast. Old ones dont trust social.

Its Soros, CIA, ISI, China or BJP. The trouble is no one understands the other side because intent is always attributed to conspiracy.

Either BJP paid for it (bhakt) or foreign funding (anti national)

This is the biggest fault line, easiest way to fracture a society.

I dont trust the million ways in which political interest groups and marketers are goading Gen Z to be supernaturally gifted. Thats marketing gimmickry.

However, if the old ones dont understand how fundamentally different Gen Z is because of the fact they are internet natives, they are ignoring a tsunami and will pay in disbelief and irrelevance.

Its not algorithms, companies, influencers or the kids— its the technology. The internet changes the dimensions of the game, and the state is too slow to manage, and the old ones are too uptight to understand.

You can't fight Meta officially, and end up inviting market-access/free-speech legal disputes. They wargamed this. This worked against the government in Nepal.

Fight them like a resistance movement would. Get ISPs and cellular operators to throttle Meta's bandwidth by a factor of 20. Make it practically unusable though technically not banned. Keep everything unofficial, leave no papertrail. Adapt as they keep changing IPs and load-balancers of their CDN networks.

When they are using your institutions against you, you switch to unofficial and amorphous means to fight them.

The best well-wishers of a stable, peaceful, and prosperous India have been reasoning, recommending, and requesting for some reforms. Yet, sadly, their requests are never acknowledged.

When this NEET issue happened, supporters of the govt suggested certain actions and clear communication. They were ignored.

Now, the govt submits to anarchists. Messaging directly from the top so many times, meeting them and listening to them, and fulfilling all their demands.

If the govt is forced to listen to the senseless who take to the street and not sensible supporters at the earnest, things will only get worse.

Having tasted success, there may be more protests, more unreasonable demands, and more anarchy to extract and weaken the govt as well as India.

Even after all this, though I am always optimistic, I do not keep high hopes on GoI tackling social media psyops, programming, and infowar the right way.

In fact, it is now seen they are only going after the patriots who point out issues and problems questioning the apathy and inaction.

I am a student from the SC category from Uttar Pradesh, India and I want to raise my voice for General Category students.

As students are protesting at Jantar Mantar against the unfair exam system, I want to add one more demand on behalf of General Category students: Ban Reservation.

Reservation should be based on whether a person is rich or poor, not on caste.

What General Category students have suffered for the last 78 years has reached a breaking point.

I will be joining the protest at Jantar Mantar to demand an end to caste-based reservation.

If you are outside Delhi and worrying about the scale of protest, let me tell you as a Delhi resident who has to travel extensively daily, that the anarchy is limited to only couple of areas, not even 2-3 KM stretch

For rest of Delhi, you won't even know something is happening in the city, we are travelling normally, Metro is on for entire Delhi, police deployment is as it is, as it was before this protest except for the Jantar Mantar area where riot control is present

Bombardement of videos by algorithm might trick you into believing something ground breaking is happening

But in reality it's just accumulation of few thousand Marxist Maowadis and Political workers from across the country in a 2-3 KM stretch making more noise than their actual impact

Genuine students, if any, have already gone home
