@flipkartsupport@flipkartsupport I have been constantly following up and keep getting the same replies “you’ll get it in 24 hours” but these 24 hours are longer than a week, how could you lose a product this big in your hub?!
@Flipkart you shouldn’t have sale/deals like your competitors when you cannot even handle a product delivery properly, I ordered a kitchen cabinet which shows it reached a hub near me on 25th Sep and delivery expected by 27th now you’re telling me it’s lost?! @flipkartsupport

@SwiggyCares So apparently it’s not just your CSR but your escalations representative as well who doesn’t know how to respond to your customer. Attaching a screenshot for your reference, please let me know what “actions” have been taken from your end to the restaurant? As I cannot see any?
@SwiggyCares I expect a proper resolution because being so negligent about something which matters a lot to your customer and responding with a simple you want a refund was unexpected as if all of this was just for a refund, as a pure vegetarian this was the worst

Call it whatever but your child is not anyone else’s responsibility, if you’re carrying your child don’t expect anything special done forcibly for you, if someone wants to they can but not everyone wants to so respect that

People with toddlers act like they need privilege because they have a kid and when I’m carrying my 2 kittens this lady told me to throw them on the upper seat because she needs half of the seat because she has a kid with her and even though I requested very politely
You could’ve booked your tickets earlier? Like I did? Meanwhile my kittens are quite, not disturbing anyone or anything they’re sleeping and this woman’s child started screaming and then puked 🤢 and she wiped it all off and threw the tissues on the floor
