This is highly problematic. Everyone protects the aggressor committing assault only due to gender. This endorses privilege over justice. This makes true the claim some people can shoot someone on the street and still be elected president.

All involved should be held liable for any injuries suffered by the victim as he exercised control due to the obvious social pressure not to defend himself.
