Q part 2. Does a robust staff procedure that identifies the need to keep data safe, how to handle it in paper folders, locking away at end of day, give enough or are we going to get to the point of having to use lockable bags/tamper proof tags etc. As for many this isn't viable.

@ICOnews Burning question in the leisure sector on paper based info entrusted to staff running activities like coaching camps, holiday clubs etc. The staff need the information close at hand in case of emergency but not clear on how to comply with GDPR.

@Sport_England Totally agree. We are trying to make volunteers and coaches lives easier, especially around the area of risk management/health & safety. It is sometimes tough being a volunteer with so much going on, we are lucky in this country to have such a keen volunteer community.
