The NSW government introduced a new $5 fee for lodging certificates on the planning portal, in addition to the $36 Council lodgement fee.
The total fee for lodging certificates is now $41.18 (including surcharge).

The Brisbane City Council changed its flood level definition on 28 May 2021. The definition now references the 1% probability of flood instead of the 2011 flood level.
