Named after photojournalist Anton Hammerl, killed in Libya in 2011, the Hammerl Arts Rights Transfer (HART) is a fully-funded Fellowship recognising excellence in human and creative rights. Fellows will get 6 or 12 months' residency in Joburg and will showcase their work at AFDA.
