The timeline is so obvious it hurts.

They don't want you reading the files.
They don't want you questioning the state.
They want you terrified in a basement,

War is the ultimate cover-up.
When truth threatens the empire,
the empire burns the world.
If THEYcan get you to think you are as they say you are, then there you are, as they say you are.
Conscious thought backed by emotion is the cause, the circumstances of your body’s Life are the direct result.
You can be as you WILL yourself to be. Your WILL is conscious thought backed by unwavering emotion. There is the power of being a human.
BUT, if they can get you to think you are as they say you are, with all their slice and dice your ‘identity’ in to all those colors and flavors, then you will forever remain reduced to the ‘..isms’ applied to you.
You CAN be as you WILL yourself to be.
Conscious thought creates your portion of our common shared reality. So be as YOU will be, not as they say to think yourself to be.
Be ALL you can and WILL yourself to be. Get off your ass and stop complaining about your ‘identity’.
Unobtainium was a word i created in the early 2000s when my ALTA reports stated that Silver would go to $600 per ounce and then rapidly become 'unavailable to purchase'.
i am grateful to Universe that my efforts at recovery from death by colon cancer have allowed me to live to see these days as all of humanity moves into SciFi World.
Never give up.
Universe provides and Guides,
my eyes to see,
my voice to say,
My, how wonder-filled is this day!
We've all seen the numbers...
On the clock.
On a receipt.
On a license plate.
On a timestamp you were not even looking for.
11:11. 222. 333. 12:12.
And every time, the same thought: "There it is!"
Then you moved on.
But it kept happening. And the more you noticed, the more there was to notice.
This is not coincidence. This is calibration.
Your brain runs a filter called the Reticular Activating System.
The RAS decides what gets through to your conscious awareness and what gets deleted.
It is the reason you buy a red car and suddenly see red cars everywhere. The cars were always there. Your filter simply changed.
When you begin to wake up... when you start questioning the architecture of your reality, when you immerse yourself in deeper material, when you sit in stillness long enough for the noise to drop — your RAS recalibrates.
It stops filtering out the signal.
And suddenly the signals are everywhere.
Numbers on the clock.
A sentence from a stranger that answers the exact question you were holding.
A dream that maps to something that happens the next day.
A book you open to exactly the right chapter you needed.
These are not messages from "out there."
They are your operating system telling you it is back online.
Carl Jung called this synchronicity.
He observed the phenomenon accurately. Meaningful coincidences that carry too much precision to be random. But the mechanism is not acausal. It is not magic. It is not the universe sending you a text message.
It is deeper than that.
Your subconscious mind processes millions of data points per second.
Your conscious mind handles roughly 40.
The gap between those two numbers is where the signal lives. Your subconscious is always reading the field — the micro-expressions, the environmental cues, the patterns that repeat across days and weeks. It knows before you do.
The numbers, the dreams, the timing — these are the readout. Your deeper system flagging what your conscious mind has not caught up to yet.
Every ancient tradition understood this.
The Vedic seers called it Ritam — the spontaneous fulfillment of desire that occurs when the mind is aligned with the field. Not because the universe obeys you.
👉 Because your perception clears enough to see what was already in motion.
Aboriginal Australians called it the Dreamtime — a layer of reality that runs beneath the visible, carrying information that surfaces in dreams, symbols, and pattern.
The Hebrew tradition called it Ruach HaKodesh — the "holy spirit," a state of heightened perception where guidance flows without effort.
Different names. Same operating mechanic.
When your system is calibrated, you do not have to go looking for answers.
The answers start arriving.
Not because something mystical is happening to you.
👉 Because something mechanical is happening inside you.
Your filter changed.
Your perceptual bandwidth expanded.
The signal was always there.
You just were not yet tuned to receive it.
So the next time you glance at the clock and see 11:11 — do not dismiss it. Do not worship it either.
Recognize it.
Your operating system is telling you it's back online.
The question is whether you are going to keep scrolling, or start listening.
You are more powerful than you know.

Turmeric Chicken Anti-Inflammatory Soup
🛒 Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
1 large leek, white and light green parts, halved and thinly sliced
3 large carrots, thinly sliced
3 stalks celery, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
6 cups chicken broth
1 (13.5 oz) can coconut milk
1 1/4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
1 (10 oz) bag frozen peas (optional)
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
👩🍳 Instructions (Detailed & Expanded)
1️⃣ Build the aromatic base
Heat the olive oil in a large, heavy-bottomed soup pot over medium heat. Once shimmering, add the diced onion, sliced leeks, carrots, and celery. Season with about 1 teaspoon of kosher salt.
Sauté slowly for 14–16 minutes, stirring often. The goal here is to soften the vegetables deeply without browning them, allowing their natural sweetness to emerge. The leeks should become silky and fragrant, creating a mellow, comforting foundation for the soup.
2️⃣ Add garlic and anti-inflammatory spices
Stir in the chopped garlic, turmeric, and poultry seasoning. Continue cooking the mixture for 2–3 minutes.
As the turmeric warms in the oil, it releases its earthy aroma and signature golden color, coating the vegetables in a vibrant, health-boosting layer that forms the soul of this soup.
3️⃣ Add the broth, coconut milk, and chicken
Pour in the chicken broth and coconut milk, stirring to combine. The broth will take on a warm golden hue, while the coconut milk adds a creamy richness that balances the spices beautifully.
Nestle the raw chicken thighs or breasts into the pot, making sure they are fully submerged. Partially cover the pot and bring the soup to a gentle simmer.
Allow the chicken to cook undisturbed for 15–20 minutes, or until tender and fully cooked through.
4️⃣ Shred the chicken and finish the soup
Remove the cooked chicken from the pot and shred it with two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the simmering soup.
If using peas, add them now — their bright green color will contrast beautifully with the golden broth. Stir in the chopped fresh parsley and let the soup simmer a few minutes more until the peas are heated through and vibrant.
5️⃣ Adjust seasoning & serve
Taste and adjust with more salt and pepper as needed.
Ladle the soup into warm bowls and garnish with extra parsley. Serve with crusty bread, warm naan, or steamed rice for a complete, soothing meal.
