people travelling without ticket or not reserved the seat should be asked to vacate the seats by the TT.Such a scenario is disappointing and we lose trust in railway.Please give her reserved seat to my mother.

Senior citizen who have a reserved seat must get her seat and people travelling without ticket or not reserved the seat should be asked to vacate the seats by the TT.

Senior citizen could not even step in the coach even after having a reserved seat because the people without reservation or without ticket did not open the door as they had blocked it. I had to somehow put my mother in S2 coach.
