Got my hands on this weird little number.

Bachmann Spectrum 2-6-6-2 Mallet Mogul. It's an unlettered unit that was missing its tender and has some minor cosmetic blemishes that I got for cheap. I dont have a tender that works for it, but I have my eyes on one that should. Will update when/if I get my hands on it.

It runs very slow, but has a ton of torque. The motor is quite small and I suspect underpowered for how large and heavy it is. It also has some electrical pick-up issues. Despite having 38 wheels to pick up power, only half of them do, and the draw-bar connection is the only spot power is transferred from the tender.

Ideally, I'd like to have this fitted for DCC/Sound, but I dont trust myself to do that work on such a valuable model lol.
