Terrible experience with @Uverse @ATTCares . Moving Uverse service to new location. Tech deactivates services at current address at 8am and is supposed to install new service from noon-4pm, but never shows up.

Support says they overbooked and I’d have to reschedule. Earliest reschedule date is 2 weeks away. Now I’m w/out service at both locations for 2 weeks because the tech didn’t show. Support didn’t try to fix the situation at all. Bye, AT&T. Btw, Spectrum is faster AND cheaper.
