@dyz_ob I understand organizing an ever-changing giant entity like Alibaba isn’t easy but their history in this regard is horrific. Maybe keep it to themselves until its running smoothly
@thwacknicklaus Hasn’t the research indicated that elite players hit near dead center when swinging 100% for speed training? Why would it be different for a smaller head? Also, seems like 3W data would be telling. 🤷🏼♂️
@Nickolgolf No. A double on a par 5 often means you made 1 bad swing, usually an OB drive. 3 birdies usually means you hit 2 good shots and 1 great shot per hole (for par 4s). I’ll take the hit on my Tiger 5 for 3 great shots and 1 bad, although the Broadie in me understands your opinion.
@Jainadave_ Assuming equal levels relative to their peers and both doing it clean: no one does PAIN like distance athletes and they do it knowing their health suffers relative to other athletes. Powerlifters are more about technique, consistency and injury maintenance.
@TheGymGy So 10 years of lifting with infinite confounding variables (drugs, not the least) vs hundreds of PhDs conducting cutting edge research over decades.
Yes, please tell me about how healthy eggs are.
This is X fitness in a nutshell.
@YGTRory@JD_GolfAcademy Modern Tour pros do mostly workout but their combine numbers would look childish next to any Big 3 US sport HS athlete with few exceptions. Golf is a technique sport with most adaptations occurring during childhood, hence why we can have winners like JJ Spaun
