What price range is she looking at? Who bought & who owns the car? Valid questions that tell her reality better than a video for clicks/likes.

Starter homes are small, and "starterish" for a reason. Much like the minimum wage job at McDonalds was a stepping stone to better jobs, once you learn to do what you are told and show up, a starter home is where you learn all the things involved in home ownership.
