The reality of the current so called Rule Of Law in the UK is that it protects itself in the sense of political prosecutions.

The judiciary and various regulators exist ONLY to protect the corruption we all now see openly.

This is why they say “we do not want to prejudice the trial”. Whilst there is some truth in this, it really is about the state protecting itself.

Just look into the Legal Aid farce, the conduct of the CPS, and the clear view of many of the general public that the Judges themselves are politically influenced.

The Judge that remanded Danny, In my opinion I think he should be asked what level of influence had the UK state put on him?

Also, why and how was he selected to cover this hearing on Tuesday?

In my opinion, it is a political prosecution - IN MY OPINION because that is exactly what the optics show

So we sat in Danny Tommo’s court hearing

Long story short the CPS have lots of issues

1/. Provable damage value

2/. Did the Dinghy belong to the so called criminal gangs (yes it did as the original pilot of the “dinghy” was arrested before Danny sliced it

3/. Was Danny in French waters and not in UK territory? - RNLI now switch off their GPS so the police would appear to want to delete Danny GPS’s data from his phone as well as access it for other reasons - namely his Patriot Movement

The CPS may have no case if they cannot prove where the vessel was at the time of the damage and also the dinghy was taken back to France

Yet he was denied bail by a radical left wing Judge

The CPS representative was actually challenged as to whether he was in fact a Barrister at all as he was so bad
