I started clicking buttons on charts in 2007. In that time, I have learned that there is no "best strategy", there is just how you view the market, and what edge you can extract from those views.
Edge generates alpha. Process allows the edge to be utilized. Performance comes from your ability to follow your process.
My coding/math brain gravitated towards a statistical approach, which overtime lead to creating various concepts, frameworks, and ideas. https://t.co/fGgQW2fYLP is a free resource I created to catalog some of those things.
@rirokpik They didnt call the cops on the boy. The cops were called because there was an altercation between the boys parents and the soccer league staff when the staff were trying to get the boy to stop hogging ball all game.
CSV Exporter for Ninja Trader
Here is a data export tool I made. Import it like you would an indicator (Tools > Import > Ninjascript Add-On). To use it, go to main control center window and click "New". Scroll down and select the CSV Export.
You can export any data you want. Select the asset, bar type, bar value, and date range.
This will spit out a CSV file in C:\Users\name\Documents\NinjaTrader 8\CSV Exports
Now you don't have to pay $100's of dollars for CSV data files from places like Data Bento.

If you want to see a stop to specific individuals fraud, deceptive marketing tactics, scams, etc., that is exactly what the Federal Trade Commission (@FTC) is for. Only takes a few minutes to make a report.
File a report here:

Comission is covered by a single point of profit. Not really a concern. I dont even think twice about coms. The scalability provides more ways to enter and exit a trade, this is the main reason I prefer MNQ over NQ, amongst other reasons such as the abundant liquidity, better/more granular risk control, etc.
@cj_wawa Define “concrete source” tho. A job? You could get fired at any time. Trading? What if you have a bad few months? Etc, etc. nothing is guaranteed or concrete.
Multiple sources, where you aren’t reliant on any single source, is financial security.
@DAAVILE_fx@NinjaTrader “illegal” no. But it violates Ninja Traders end-user agreement and the CME data agreement you signed when you purchase a data package. Redistributing data is against terms of use, period, without a license that explicitly allows it.
@DAAVILE_fx I believe Ninja Trader data goes back to 2006 with 1min data.
Sharing raw data exports violates the CME data agreement you sign when you purchase a live data package. It prohibits redistribution. You would need a commercial license.
Not something I would be involved with.
