Everyone assumes personalized pages mean more production work. More briefs, designs, dev tickets, hours.
The other option is your team stops producing pages and starts approving them.
1/ The unit of work goes from a page to a rule
2/ Review in batches against a rubric, not one at a time on feel
3/ Make the sign off easy, not optional
4/ Your best marketer stops writing pages and starts setting the rules
The bottleneck was never the signature. It was what the signature had to be.
Spending real money on paid and still building pages by hand? DM me your brand and I'll send back 3 live personalized pages for your top 3 ads. @Probat_AI.

Day 4: Finished the editor. You click an element and tell it what you want. (Turn on sound!)
It made the edit, then screenshotted its own work and fixed the overflow the new copy caused. I never asked it to.
Blocks and rows and containers were never how anyone thinks about a page. They were a workaround for not being able to talk to it. WordPress shipped that workaround in 2003 and we are all still dragging widgets into columns in 2026.
Why would you build a page any way other than saying what you want?
Day 3: Finished the engine that gives every ad its own landing page.
Proof: @HelloFresh. Hundreds of live Meta ads, every one of them landing on "Astoundingly delicious dinners in 30 minutes or less."
Imported that page once. Now each ad has its own version, written from its own creative. Nobody wrote a word of them.

Context + tagging when building a design system is the future of AI generation.
The understanding of why and where the assets are used is the only way AI can properly generate a new on-brand website from scratch- otherwise you get an alphabet soup of random brand images.

Day 2: @sariabuhamad finished our design system extractor. I don't think anything out there goes this deep. I'll buy you a drink in SF if you can prove me otherwise.
Proof: Linear, the site everyone copies.
15 minutes later it had every asset pulled and tagged, the widgets, the full color system by role, the type scale, the layout patterns, and the writing voice.
It's not a deliverable, it's a prompt. It rides every AI edit and every generated page, so the output looks and sounds like the brand instead of like a generic model.
We took a landing page from 4.3% to 6.6% conversion. A 54% lift. Zero added ad spend.
Here is what was happening at Bloom (the focus keycard from Shark Tank):
They spend roughly over $1M a year on paid acquisition across a lot of ad angles. Deep work. Better sleep. Screen-time habits for kids. The list goes on. Each angle speaks to a different person with a different problem.
Every one of those ads pointed at the same homepage. A general focus-and-habits message.
Think about that click for a second. Someone sees an ad that speaks to a deeply personal problem, clicks it, and lands on a page talking about everything at once. The promise that earned the click had nowhere to land.
So we picked one of their highest-intent angles and @Probat_AI built a page for that exact click. Matched headline, matched copy, custom animation. Then it split traffic 50/50 against the homepage and ran it to statistical significance across 5,000+ visitors who clicked that specific ad.
Control: 4.3% conversion.
Tailored page: 6.6%.
Bounce rate held steady on both, so the lift did not come from filtering traffic. It came from the message finally matching the click.
Same budget. Same ads. The only thing that changed was the page.
And the part that convinced me: in a second experiment we rewrote ONLY the copy on an existing page. No new layout. Conversion went from 0% to 6.8% and bounce dropped 13 points.
The message is the lever. Most brands do not have a traffic problem. They have a translation problem.

$1 of every $5 you spend on ads is wasted the moment someone clicks.
Here’s where it goes…
Perfect ad. Perfect targeting. Perfect creative.
Then every click, every audience, every intent, lands on the same generic page.
Personalized ads. One-size-fits-all experience.
That’s the leak.
In 2026, personalization isn’t an edge anymore. It’s the price of entry.
So we built @Probat_AI.
It understands who’s clicking: the audience, the ad, the offer, and the intent.
Then it shapes the page to match what that person actually came for.
And it keeps testing until it wins.
One line of code.
It never stops learning.
Your ads are personalized.
Now everything after the click is too. Book a demo in the comments👇

January 2026 saw the highest job cuts since 2009. I still chose to leave my six-figure job at @IBM.
Scary? Yes.
Rational? Maybe not.
Necessary? Absolutely.
Nothing but gratitude for the people at IBM who taught me, supported me, and helped shape how I think.
But now it's time to build alongside @0xEricChoi.
At @Probat_AI, we’re pioneering a faster & smarter way to experiment: our agents surface insights from telemetry like PostHog and GA4, generate brand-aligned + data-backed variants, ship code directly into GitHub, and track results so teams can optimize UI/UX without all the manual work.
Leaving stability is terrifying.
Ignoring conviction is worse.
New chapter.
Let’s build.
