Perform perineal ultrasound and see if you have an access path for drainage, only makes sense if it's a single cavern situation. If you see polymorph liquid retention you really want to have DRE and TRUS.

@brookmans76 @ch_ohlmann This is how I learned and still remember it, however, if you were to try and look up the exact definition of where a lymph node is considered to be "near the prostate" or pelvic, that I found to be a little tricky (didn't see a clear statement in the S3 guidelines for example)

@kattascha Bilder nackter Körper egal welchen Geschlechts haben in keiner urologischen (oder gynäkologischen, ...) Praxis etwas verloren. Nicht nur weil wir auch Kinder als Patienten haben. Würde als Patient direkt wieder gehen.

@Flying__Doc Fun fact: mir ist es egal, wie alt die Überweisung ist, wenn Patient die mitbringt. Wir brauchen sie ja nicht zwingend, und die/der Kollegin/Kollege bekommt trotzdem einen Bericht auch wenn die ÜW "abgelaufen" ist. Denke/hoffe dass die Mehrheit der Kolleg. das auch so handhabt.
