Let's delve into some facts:

>> Vacant seats: Only 9.8 lakhs
>> Already employed: 30 lakhs

Even if we consider people who are about to retire, the maximum we can reach in the next 5 years is 12 lakhs.
So the question is, how can Congress promise 30 lakhs jobs in the Central govt? Are they planning to fire existing employees?
