Andy brings 25+ years of medical device leadership, with deep expertise in launching innovative cardiovascular therapies that expand patient access and address significant unmet needs.

Before joining Procyrion, Andy served as Chief Commercial Officer at Silk Road Medical, where he led the go-to-market strategy for TCAR, resulting in the company's acquisition by Boston Scientific.

His experience also includes:
  • 15 years at Medtronic, leading commercial teams across TAVR, EVAR/TEVAR, Peripheral Vascular, and Spine/Biologics
  • Senior roles at Endologix and 3M's Advanced Wound Therapy Group
  • A strong track record building teams, driving clinical adoption, and scaling transformative technologies

Andy joins Procyrion at a pivotal moment as we continue working with sites and clinicians to drive enrollment in the DRAIN-HF pivotal trial. His leadership will help lay the groundwork needed to bring the Aortix pump to patients with acute decompensated heart failure in the future.
