@Moorfields What do I do when your department fails to get back to someone, so this is reported to your PALS department, and they also don't come back to you over the space of months and several emails?
Do I now just raise this to the local ICB? If so, please advise who that is.

You also stopped their phone line 4+ months ago without telling them.
You said you would call back several days ago, you didnt.

AliExpress rarely side with the buyer over disputes anymore.

@Rayel2022 @AskAliExpress @AliExpress_EN Contact your bank and raise a complaint with them to get the money back. Aliexpress dont care anymore and will always side with the seller.
Unfortunately most western banks will just swallow the cost and give you the money back out of their pocket (so Aliexpress is never hurt).

Nothing you do is "urgent".

@NatWest_Help Your online support through "Cora" is total garbage. It does not allow you to talk to an actual person unless you select a category (none of which apply). And when you want to complain it tells you to call you even though I have stated several times I cannot call!

@Hyundai_UK You do realise that most Hyundai owners are not the original purchaser? This would mean that the majority of your database is incorrect, so the form is still very much broken.
Most small companies have a more advanced form, I would expect more from a company the size of Hyundai.

@Hyundai_UK By the way, your contact form doesnt ask for a telephone number or an email address before sending. Which means you wont be able to contact anyone who uses this form.
