We offer 16 weeks paid parental leave with the option to extend another 4 at 50% pay or to pass that extra 4 and 50% to your partner if their company does not provide parental leave. This should be the minimum. #GrowtheFarm

Under 5% of U.S. dads take at least 2 weeks of parental leave, which is pathetic!

The biggest reason obviously is the lack of paid leave.

But there's also a toxic hustle culture that says dads have to come back to work ASAP, which is incredibly pathetic. Life is not work.
