Having such issues with @HelloFresh that I filed a @bbb_us complaint. Now weeks later still not resolved yet @HelloFresh refuse to respond and haven’t issued the promised resolution. Every time I say give the refund they email again with more nonsense despite offering one.

@Publix manager told me price promise doesn’t apply to clearance and wouldn’t process it. Is this true? Website says only tobacco and alcohol excluded. Disappointed especially since cashier was confused and needed to wait for manager.

@InstacartHelp For those following the “solution” to instacart not fulfilling your order or notifying you timely of the issue. They so nicely allow you to just be further inconvenienced by cancelling your order. But no worries you can have a full refund on the service you never rcv’d anyways

@PublixHelps I bought a gas card as a gift and within the week before the recipient even had it, the whole balance was used!! This was money we all chipped in for a gift down the drain!! Someone is stealing gift card numbers from Publix and I’m on the hook now!!

@Ibotta stole all the money from my account and refuses to respond to me. Saying I made a return (all items are not returned and still in my possession) and they took 5x what I had originally actually earned from the order. No one responds.

@mercari_app There is no option to contact for IT issues/ report app errors. The smart pricing functionality is still not working. No reply via app, email, twitter or facebook. I see others reporting this too. This is a major functionality down for 5 days. When will it be restored?

@_ZachGriff @SouthwestAir Must be nice. I had THREE flights cancelled, got stranded, missed an entire vacation. I got no refunds. No apologies. No reimbursement for alternative flight. And definitely nothing extra. Got stuck with a bunch of expenses and a missed vacation. Wish I worked for a travel blog.
