Deputy National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, Prof. AbdulKarim Kana, SAN, says President Bola Tinubu is adhering to the Constitution in matters concerning state government spending.

Kana on NTA’s “Good Morning Nigeria,” programme affirms that the President’s call for states to judiciously utilise increased revenues does not amount to interference in their finances.
