But RTA will not fetch correct name from KYC. They ask investor to submit hard copy request letter. Why so ? Aren't they supposed to fetch basic details like Name , address from KYC ? (2/3)

Central KYC is done so that investor doesn't have to submit paperwork with each AMC. But RTAs seem to have formed some weird rules. Client name is incorrect in AMC records and it is updated in KYC. (1/3)
