Food for thought. CBS This Morning is in the middle of a ratings disaster. In July the show had it's worst week EVER.
And with creeps like gayle king being the face of it, or even associated with it, those numbers will only get lower.

Today's Crime Report
This year police in Philadelphia discovered a home with millions of images and videos dozens of women, a number of whom are missing and possibly dead.
This case is about a father and son whose crime spree didn't start in Philly.

This out of ron desantis Florida. A mother told deputies she and her son have had sex "only about 100 times."
Her husband said he didn't know of the alleged conduct, but he had questioned why the pair would go into the master bedroom and lock the door.π

Word is that the Lindsay Clancy holdout juror has gotten a lawyer now, a defamation attorney.
I hope they go after @SueOC_NBCBoston@RyanNBCBoston personally and those jurors who publicly slandered him.
If there's no consequences for their crimes then forget about a jury system.
Today's MoT
NBC Boston's smear merchants are officially losing it. Sue O'Connell openly lashed out at the public, challenging anyone to show she broke the law when she outed the holdout juror.
And when people did she began making veiled legal threats.

I know today's briefing is running super-late, but a good in-depth video beat-down takes time. And this video is going to be both a refutation of the white media's lies, as well as a reference point for the future.
Watch this space.
I can promise it will definitely be worth it!
FYI Tomorrows Moment of Truth will be posting around midday.
The subject: NBC Boston's illegal intimidation of the black Lindsay Clancy juror is falling apart.
Since the rest of the white media went along with the lie should they also face civil and criminal consequences?
@FugitiveTV_Live said he's spoken with the holdout juror who told him he DID NOT lie on the questionnaire.
He should sue @NBC10Boston Sue O'Connell @SueOC_NBCBoston and "TurtleBoy."
Then Sue can have her "experts" explain why they all lost in court!
Here's the TLDR
The fallout from @NBC10Boston 's illegal intimidation campaign against a black juror continues. Now we're hearing from people who knew him, not the cherry-picked smears that people like sue o'connell hand-selected.
And what a surprise, the people who actually know him like him.
Today's MoT
@NBC10Boston is panicking after the judge impounded the Lindsay Clancy jury list indefinitely. Now they're scared that their smear campaign has violated a court order.
So they're pushing CYA stories that are clearly a preemptive legal defense.
https://t.co/AoIyztjmAG
This video from NBC Boston wasn't a news piece, it's a preemptive legal defense. They're already responding to what they think the legal accusations against them could be, starting with them violating a court order.
They tried to skirt the law and now are afraid it's backfired.
. @NBC10Boston is panicking now that the judge has impounded the Lindsay Clancy jury list indefinitely.
They're running CYA pieces saying "Social media exposed him, not us!" and "We never mentioned his name!"
Most of all they're saying "We broke no laws."
https://t.co/t6FEmRQAZp
The black juror should sue @NBC10Boston, Sue O'Connell @SueOC_NBCBoston and everyone else there.
But there should also be a special prosecutor brought in to investigate them and bring criminal charges.
That's why they're running CYA pieces now, they know how exposed they are.
@10thgenFBA@NBC10Boston The creeps at NBC Boston certainly seem concerned that he could. That's why they're running pieces meant to be a pre-emptive legal defense.
A civil suit is certainly called for, but also a special prosecutor to bring criminal charges.
. @NBC10Boston knows they've broken the law. Now they're running stories saying they acted within the law, but that's a lie and they know it. They're gaslighting.
What they're counting on are the legal authorities at the state and federal levels doing nothing about their crimes.
The reason they're doing all this 'splaining now is because, as I told you, their plan was to expose everything but the juror's actual name, and let their online pals do the rest.
They thought that gave them legal cover.
But now their activities risk violating a judge's order.
Before the mistrial Sue O'Connell @SueOC_NBCBoston BOLDLY defended the Lindsay Clancy jurors. But when thing didn't go her way Sue suddenly decided to wage war on a black juror.
And of course she's not at all interested in the claims about Kellie Farina's assault allegations.
Claims have circulated online saying that Kellie Farina, who was a Lindsay Clancy juror, had an assault charge years ago that was also dismissed, just like the black holdout juror.
Is this true?
NBC Boston should be investigating her and the other jurors and find out!
Today's MoT
Stephen A Smith has found himself in a four-way brawl with Jemele Hill, Joy Reid and the National Association of Black Journalists.
Bootlicks and tethers waging war on each other. Aren't they supposed to be so much smarter and classy than this?
https://t.co/0dGme3CWaa
NBC Boston's unprecedented attack on the black Lindsay Clancy juror is blatant jury intimidation under Massachusetts law. But MA's Atty Gen will do nothing.
NBC has also violated their broadcast license with this act.
Will @BrendanCarrFCC have the nerve to revoke their license?
