@PBDsPodcast Canada Is NOT Charging U.S. Dairy a “300%Tariff”! Under USMCA, U.S. dairy products enter Canada duty-free within tariff-rate quotas. Canada does have a protected, supply-managed dairy system. Once imports over-quota tariffs can be above 200%.A zero-sum will not work.
