@virginmedia It is really poor customer service to just say that we should report the issue, when you then do nothing to solve the problem. The least you could do is to admit you have caused a major issue to people and let people rescind the contract without penalty
The saga continues. Still no internet from @virginmedia in NW6. No communication, no temporary fix (provide free 4/5G dongles for example?), just aiming for a fix by 12 July 3pm: 24 days. Mass switch to @GNetworkComms - took less to put new fibre cables - for those who can flee!
