Somebody PLEASE explain to me in simple language like I'm in Grade R...
Why should South Africans 🇿🇦 continue to pay taxes to this current government when it's very clear our monies are NOT used to empower our communities?? @sarstax#TaxRevoltSA
South Africans 🇿🇦 are taxed between 18% on the lowest bracket up to 45% at the top!!
Anything to show for it in our communities??@sarstax
Entlek why are we being taxed so much...

🚨And that is only personal income tax. Now add the VAT you pay and the substantial tax component included in fuel prices. Then you still have to pay for private healthcare because public healthcare is dysfunctional, and private security for those living in security estates because crime is out of control.
I wonder what the true effective tax burden really is‼️

Bernardo Silva is the smartest player of the Pep Guardiola era in the Premier League. Not the flashiest, not always the one with the best numbers, but maybe the one who understood football at the deepest level.
Every tactical evolution Pep made at Manchester City somehow had Bernardo at the center of it. False winger, interior, pivot helper, wide midfielder, false 9, pressing trigger, ball-retention machine, control specialist he mastered all of it. Pep trusted him in chaos games, possession games, transitions, defensive jobs, man-marking assignments, everywhere.
When City needed rhythm, Bernardo gave rhythm. When they needed control, he slowed the game down. When they needed intensity, he pressed like a midfielder and defended like a fullback. There’s a reason Pep kept changing systems over the years and Bernardo still remained essential through almost every version of the team.
A lot of players can execute instructions. Bernardo interprets space. That’s a different level of intelligence entirely.
You can even argue some of City’s biggest performances under Pep had Bernardo as the emotional and tactical heartbeat especially in big UCL nights and title run-ins. The work rate, scanning, press resistance, angles he creates for teammates, the way he manipulates pressure with small touches… those things don’t always appear in stats, but coaches and teammates notice immediately.
Football will remember the goalscorers and highlight players first, but tactically, Bernardo Silva was one of the pillars of Pep’s dynasty in England.
The Xhosa forced a 100-yr stalemate against the British Empire. To fight integration, they mastered English as a strategic weapon of resistance, producing SA's earliest political intellectuals who defeated colonial logic on its own terms. We weren't easy to colonise-disband that!
“Arsenal have been blocking the opponent’s goalkeeper all season long, they would NEVER be on top of the league if we disallow these goals!”
Peter Schmeichel thank you for calling them out. have your cheating title VARSENAL. 👏
Today's Constitutional Court judgement on Phala Phala must be dedicated to this man, Lt General Mfazi. For the past 5 years the Mfazi Family had to suffer in silence alone because those in Power were trying to kill the Phala Phala matter. Today is proof that nothing hidden will remain hidden forever. Lt General Mfazi was the first to investigate the President & his people on the unlawful operation they were running illegally. Lt General Mfazi had already uncovered that SAPS Crime Intelligence slush funds were used for the illegal tracking, kidnapping & torture of the Phala Phala burglers. Arthur Frasier had first reported the Phala Phala scandal to Lt General Mfazi before reporting it to anyone else.
While laying in a pool of his own blood in his home, murdered, General Vuma & Presidency Staffer Malunga Mphego illegally raided Lt General Mfazi's home & stole his files & electronic gadgets. Amongst the files of General Mfazi taken from his home that fateful day he was murdered, was the Phala Phala file. They killed Lt General Mfazi but they did not kill his work & legacy. They stole his files but didn't realize Lt General Mfazi kept a Pocket Book, so I will expose everything in that Pocket Book, including the Phala Phala files that have never been published.
