@cooljessedude @wickdchiq As a professor, I can 1000% assure you that that assertion is wrong. I’ve met TWO in my program alone… both claimed that they were unable to return from their student visas because of sexuality. Both claims failed, ultimately, because of Ukraine’s laws.

@winstonpeters So you realize that there is no biological definition of a ‘man’ or a ‘woman’. All major Scientific and Medical groups agree - this is a meaningless distinction.
It’s not genetic. It’s not about body shape. It’s not anatomical… it’s CULTURAL.

@AlexUsherHESA 2/ union hardship funds are under strain. People are unable to get home loans because they are unable to get consistent contracts. College faculty, particularly contract faculty are using food banks. This data EXISTS. To suggest that they’re earning ‘extra’ is reckless and false.

@AlexUsherHESA There is no doubt that there are some for who that is true. For the vast majority of faculty -three quarters of the workforce- that is not true. They are working more time than they are paid for, cobbling together multiple jobs to make ends meet. What world are you living in?

@AlexUsherHESA @MarcMillerVM Respectfully - 63% of income from tuition, 85% of that is international students. 53.6% of total income is from international students.
If int student numbers drop 10% (from the cap) then the loss is 5.4% of income... Why are we expecting total int students to go down 90%?
