@SarahCorfield5 @doc_kristy is right. Your O2 ratio is the number of moles, not molecules. As the challenge fix the C4H10 as 1.0 mole, then the O2 must be 6.5 moles. To read the equation in “molecules” you better x2 the whole equation:
2 C4H10 + 13 O2 = 8 CO2 + 10 H2O
