@ManyATrueNerd Scott knows that you can’t go back and get time though. If he goes back to be with a younger version of his daughter he knows that it means effectively abandoning his current daughter. Kang might have a way that doesn’t involve abandoning current people to be with past ones.

@meganroseruiz I struggle with my thoughts in a similar area. I automate tasks at work. I’m good at it and enjoy it. But when I automate & it saves an 8 person team an hour a day. They don’t get to benefit from it, more work fills that hour. Or worst case they need 1 less person on the team.

@JamesIntrocaso 5e has just the right amount of character building and combat crunchiness imo. Yes it is lacking in exploration and social pillar crunchiness. But those being missing are less of a big deal to my players than if the opposite were the case.

@CarlosCrits @DarcyLRoss My wife’s favorite movie in a set or trilogy is almost always the “bad” one. Back to the future 3 (though I like that one more than 2), Temple of doom, the 2nd hangover movie, the 2nd matrix, the 3rd blade movie (that one still baffles me).

Nearly every violent crime stat has gone down (even in the south) since the 70s, 80s, and 90s. I think school shootings are the only numbers up but that isn’t kids roaming.

@madacontract I think it’s only used in the case of Avatar because it was such a massive thing then just disappeared instantly. Can’t think of many record breaking sales movies/tv shows that seemingly disappeared overnight except for it. I think that’s why people are talking about it
