@_Bawsch Was trying to pick the least amount of different monsters. Cannot pick Tune Torque Gear for my favorite union, and cannot pick the Shino ritual monsters for favorite spirit monsters.

Can't give a best method because of rng and the possibility of having meta quick, but there is a good amount of room to be saved.

You can also alter the fight to do a down thrust for damage, but you risk getting hit

Using Mach Tornado closer to the top of the screen reduces the amount of time it takes meta knight to return to his position on screen.
A slide and 2 swings are used to position MK to avoid both DynaBlade positions, and tornado timing is used to avoid having to react.
