@united @SouthwestAir At least @SouthwestAir offered me $250 voucher + 25K miles (which will actually get me somewhere in Southwest), and offered to pay for ALL EXPENSES including my rebooked flight to get home. @SouthwestAir reimbursed me in two weeks. The nerve @united has to insult us like this

This video footage was received by the White Whale Research Center on Friday 16th June from a tourist flying over the Great Barrier Reef in the Whitsunday Islands area. It shows a possible sighting of a white whale heading north.
Could it be #Migaloo ?

@united Getting 3 more here to Denver via @SouthwestAir tomorrow to unite them with their host families for the month. This experience pretty much settles the “best Mile High airline” for me. ❤️💙💛

We’re now on Day 3 of now 25 of 29 exchange students being stranded in DC. @united won’t let them standby because they had the audacity to not sleep in the airport for three days and leave. Thankful for @SouthwestAir having the heart to get 3 students to Denver last night 💙

One student got put in a flight to meet her mom to get back home. But not before @united lost the reservation, forgot to code it as UAM, and then nearly caused her to miss her 6AM flight. But don’t worry - all is 100% the fault of storms in NJ & the FAA - not United 😵‍💫🥴

The @united meltdown is 10x worse than the Southwest one. At least @SouthwestAir owned it & immediately did everything to make it right (reimbursed new bookings, hotels, etc) I can’t with United telling me my students are stranded until SUNDAY. SUNDAY?! No.
