I’m glad to see that Jordy Baylina is out there asking for a shared standard—128-bit security. I feel compelled to add, though: it only matters if it is mathematically verifiable, ie trustless! Trusted setup, to me, is basically 80-bit security.
Real time proving is the main priority of ZisK. We went step by step in the proving generation and try to parallelize as much as we can. Execution is the minimal piece non parallelizable. That’s why this results are so important.
Me, together with a core team of 7 developers, just spun off from Polygon to continue the ZisK project as an independent initiative.
I’ll remain co-founder and advisor at Polygon, but my main focus now shifts to @ziskvm.
Excited for this new era in the blockchain journey — we need this tech to bring truly decentralized values to mainstream adoption.

Why is merit pay for teachers a dangerous and dumb idea?
For starters, it’s been tried and failed. Student success depends on resources, support, and socioeconomic factors—not just teacher effort and ability.
