i hate that women always feel the need to bounce back so quickly like you carried and pushed out an entire human being out of you, it's okay to not snap back in a month.
The antisemitism isn't the real balckpill for me, but how void of a soul the average person is. That the average person will engage in gratuitous cruelty, just so long as there is no threat of social consequence.
If you really think about it, despite being mocked as “ClosedAI,” OpenAI has contributed enormously to the field: GPT, GPT-2, GPT-3, CLIP, the ChatGPT paper, the GPT-4 Technical Report, the Sora technical blog, and even open-sourced Codex.
Anthropic, meanwhile, has contributed far less to the public research ecosystem while increasingly promoting fear-based narratives and restricting access through heavy gatekeeping.
The world I least want to live in is one where the future of AI is controlled by companies that prioritize secrecy, gated access, and centralized control over openness, reproducibility, and scientific progress.
Men's desirability barely went up in their 40s & 50s.
The study's lead author said in an interview in The Atlantic that she was surprised by how flat the men's age distribution was.
The Supreme Court on Thursday blocked Alabama from executing a man using nitrogen hypoxia, a relatively new method of carrying out the death penalty that experts say causes “air hunger.” https://t.co/ZBL41PQ4nw
Today, men are mandated by the courts to pay for their unwanted children and you think that the courts would allow them dispose of the kids?
What evidence have you seen, that was sufficient enough to conceive you and lead you to this point?
This trope is so silly. Which gender has historically been sent to do back breaking work in horrendous conditions and/or conscripted to die in wars? Where does this illusion that men have organized society for a soft life for themselves stem from if not a silly view of the world.
Most of what you pay for in expensive sell-side research is now reproducible by AI- but once a model can reproduce the output, the output stops being the alpha. Yes, a model can replicate the work. And it can do it cheaper and faster than a human analyst! But it can't replicate the accountability behind it, or the instinct that came from years of tacit knowledge.
Turns out the expensive part of expertise isn't the part that's easy to automate :)
