You're conflating net magnetic charge with magnetic field. Maxwell's equations say there are no magnetic monopoles, not that a neutral magnet has no magnetism.

In electron-positron annihilation, the total electric charge is perfectly conserved and equals exactly zero both before and after the collision. particles destroy each other and typically produce two photons (gamma rays).
